How long I should contact you for the parcel not delivery and how to claim my lost?

Normally, you should have the parcel within 7 - 20 days max. after you have our tracking number. If you do not receive your parcel after one (1) month of you received the tracking number. Please email me the detail and we will start tracking procedure from post office. Hong Kong post office normally will take around max. 2 months (normally 3-4 weeks) to confirm where the parcel. When the parcel is confirmed lost, damage on the way, we will refund full payment to you. However If the parcel is returned by wrong address or no people to sign up the parcel, we will send the parcel again by buyer`s cost.
